Deep breathing and exercise
By Mauro Navarro
Deep breathing and relaxing has the ability to change the chemistry of the brain, and therefore the mood. We need to breathe deeply to relax and concentrate on breathing. Expel all air from the lungs, slowly, then all we can loosen the abdominal wall to allow the automatic entry of air. This way of breathing, carried out in the open air, can cause an additional release of endorphins, which allows us to relax and concentrate better |
