Lifestyle is the ability to live healthy and safe, so that each person has at his disposal, because every day we build or destroy the possibility of being well, that's why we need to develop habits or skills to improve our quality of Life for physical, mental and spiritual. This demonstrated that the lifestyle of a person could put them at risk of illness or death, all this because of a poor diet, lack of exercise, drug use, drinking alcohol and smoking. That is why we suggest that you take into account the following tips: 1 .- You might want to do a little exercise so that you oxigenes body. 2.-It is important that you feed is properly balanced and that it include: - Cereals - Five fruits and vegetables daily - White Meat It is also necessary: - Avoid excess fat. - Reduce consumption of coffee. 3 .- Sleep at least 8 hrs. Daily. 4.-Keep an optimistic attitude towards life |
