Raw cabbage For the Digestive Ulcers

cabbage is a vegetable that belongs to the family of cruciferous. They are rich in cellulose-insoluble fiber-and sulfur compounds that give them the very particular smell that emerged during cooking, as well as antioxidant properties and they do resulting flatulence. This is true when you consume these types of cooked vegetables, which worsens the digestive function, which is not true when consumed raw. Studies show that cabbage contains compounds anticelulosos. Among its effects was that the cabbage acts as a natural antacid and that promotes healing of ulcers of the digestive system |
