Tricks to sleep better

Seeks to sleep and waking up always at the same time. The habit will help you sleep. Do not try to sleep until we get sleepy. Do not sleep during the day. Morning limits the time spent in bed if you do not sleep. Do not use your bedroom during the day. Work out daily in the early hours of the day. Not practicing exercise just before bedtime. Takes adequate exposure to sunlight during the day. |
